Qigong for Vitality — Opening the Door of Life

This is a powerful Qigong practice for the lower back and kidneys—an area I’ve had a long, personal relationship with through chronic back pain. This practice gently opens the lower back, restores circulation, and invites energy to move where it’s often held or guarded.

It’s especially effective for awakening vitality and creative flow through the sacral center, allowing that current to rise and distribute throughout the entire body. Grounding, nourishing, and deeply supportive, this is another practice I return to regularly in my rotation—one that restores both strength and creative momentum from the inside out.
