Pilates by Izzy

Pilates by Izzy is my current favorite Pilates-strength channel. If you’re looking to build real strength, you can start right here, right now—at home, without a gym membership, and without equipment. Truly, no excuses (I used coffee creamer as hand weights for two months before buying dumbbells, so I speak from experience).

Her workouts are accessible for all skill levels while still pushing you to show up and engage—Izzy is no joke. She brings clarity, challenge, and a great sense of humor that makes consistency feel possible. Her energy makes me want to show up for myself, and that, more than anything, is what builds strength over time.
