Journey with Sierra is a page I’ve discovered more recently. While she offers both yin and more active practices, yin is what I’ve personally practiced with her—and it’s been a beautiful entry point into her work. All of her classes take place outdoors, bringing a much-needed element of nature into the practice, especially for those of us who spend much of the day inside.
Practicing in open air adds a layer of grounding and presence that’s hard to replicate indoors, inviting the body to soften while staying in relationship with the living world around it. A gentle, refreshing offering that feels both simple and nourishing.
