This is another David Procyshyn practice I return to often—this time focused on the neck and shoulders. It offers a deep, thorough release and is one I reach for when I’m carrying pain or tension that just won’t shake on its own.

Depending on how tight the body is, this practice can feel challenging at first. But when approached with patience and practiced consistently, the relief it provides—and the space it creates—feels unmatched. This is the kind of work that meets the body honestly, rewards commitment, and restores ease where it’s been missing.
