This practice was born during a time when fear felt bigger than me — when my body was flooded with emotion, and I couldn’t seem to find my center. If you’ve ever felt that way too, this yoga flow is for you. In this flow we remain close to the ground, move slowly and intentionally, and focus heavily on the breath.
