Mindful Monday is a community landing pad — a weekly invitation to return to your center and arrive exactly as you are.
Each class is rooted in presence and nervous system support, offering gentle, intuitive practices to help you reconnect with your body and breath. Sessions vary week to week and may include:
- Gentle or restorative movement
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Mantra
- Ecstatic or intuitive movement
No experience is needed.
Just bring your willingness to be with what’s real.
